The SWRO Module is a flexible reverse osmosis seawater desalination system
with unlimited production capacities combinations.
The system consists of all the major parts, components and functions necessary
for the SWRO desalination process, including micro mesh pretreatment filters
for the protection of the membranes, a hydraulic drive system with an integrated
recuperator (energy recovery system) producing high quality potable water at a
record low energy consumption of only 2.2 kWh/m3 of permeate.
All high pressure connection pipes and seawater related components are
made of high alloy austenitic 904 L stainless steel, specially designed for high
pressure and seawater.
This flexible system can be delivered with an integrated control panel built
around a PLC facility, for managing the automatic functions of the plant – or the
client can chose to design and deliver his own control panel.
Besides being one of the most price competitive SWRO systems available, the
design also occupy the smallest possible space envelope (footprint) known to
the industry.
